    When you make an online purchase from Save the Redneck, we use your information to process your order.     We ship to all 50 United States and the following U.S. territories: Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to PO boxes, and Military APO/FPO addresses.
    Standard Shipping
    Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
    Expedited Shipping Services
    Expedited Shipping orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will ship the same day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Expedited services offered are: UPS: 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air USPS: Priority Mail, Express Mail
    Shipping Carriers
    All items ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS (United States Postal Service). Carrier selection is available during the Checkout process. All packages to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses are sent via USPS.
    When a "Free Shipping" special is available, we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.

    We take great pride in our reputation for providing quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
    Within 30 days of original purchase:
    Save the Redneck gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
    After 30 days of original purchase:
    Save the Redneck will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale for returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise.
    All returns and exchanges must first be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
    To Return or Exchange an item: Our return process is easy. Just follow these simple instructions:.
    1. Obtain an RMA Number by calling or emailing our office
    2. Include a copy of your original invoice
    3. Specify whether you are returning for a refund or exchange
    4. For exchanges, be sure to specify the size, color and item for replacement
    5. Cleary mark the RMA Number on the outside of the return shipment.
    6. Send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method.

    • Your name and billing address.
    • The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
